My home warranty company sent them over because I had a... concern with my water heater. unfortunately the heater is just old and has sediment which is not covered. This review is based purely on their responsiveness and how informative they were. They gave me tips and things to watch with the heater for when its on its way out. Alex was incredibly kind and answered every question i could think of. While my heater was not replaced, i would use them again for any kind of plumbing issue.read more

We did some remodeling and called Ed at Stallion plumbing.... He and his buddy came and finished our plumbing so quickly and perfectly it kept our remodel on schedule if not putting us ahead of schedule. A few months later we had a couple of leaks from the original house that popped up. I called Ed again and he booked me as soon as he could. He came New Year’s eve and repaired both items in a matter of a half an hour! I forgot to mention I had overslept and did not hear the doorbell, he waited in his truck until I noticed he sent me a message probably a half hour or more after he got here! You don’t find many people with as much integrity and patience as Ed, he is one of a kind!read more

UPDATE: I informed my home warranty of what I thought was... “lack of service/inspection of a water heater” with this company - to which they agreed. They promptly sent out another local company that did a more thorough check of the water heater and informed me that it needed to be replaced on the spot. I’m so glad my home warranty company listened to my complaints. I’ve been enjoying my new water heater now for a couple of weeks and I love it. :) ORIGINAL POST __________________ I’m extremely disappointed. This company was booked through my home warranty, due to my water heater not producing enough hot water when washing dishes or taking showers - even at opposite times of the day - mind you my water heater is 18 years old. A guy came out and spent less than 7 minutes in my home “inspecting the water heater” - if you can call it that. He simply checked the water heater serial number, turned on the hot water faucet in the bathroom for 30 seconds, and deemed that as “working fine”. What the heck kind of service is that?? What happened to quality service and inspections when hiring a technician? By all means - take a shower or try to wash a dish - and when that water goes from hot to luke warm, tell me how you like it. To anyone who reads this - please don’t let the other good reviews fool you - take your money someplace where they care enough to at least “pretend” to check your appliances/plumbing.read more

Alex and Al came at the appointed time and were friendly... and efficient. They repaired the broken handle on my kitchen faucet (which several others had tried to fix!), and a leaking toilet. I explained the issue we had, and they made sure I knew what was needed, and what was optional (as to make sure I was not charged more than I wanted to pay).
